Onsite Registration
You may register onsite at the DoubleTree By Hilton Pointe-Claire, from 1:00 pm  to 6:00 pm local time on Sunday, April 23, 2023. The CMA registration desk is open daily thereafter through Wednesday, April 26.  Advance registrants may pick up badges and registration materials at the registration desk.
Exhibitor Booth Registration

2 exhibitors per booth.* 

Includes:

  • 8' high back drape
  • 3' high draped side rails
  • 8" x 48" ID sign
  • 6' skirted table
  • 2 chairs

*Additional exhibitors are welcome but must register as a conference delegate using the delegate registration form (they will have full exhibitor access).
