What is included in the Exhibitor Booth Package?
Booth Size: 8' x 6'
The booth space comes with:- 8’ high back drape
- 3’ high draped side rail
- 8” x 48” ID sign
- 6’ skirted table
- 2 chairs
- 1 wastebasket
What are the shipping dates and address to which we need to send our merchandise?
The hotel will receive your booth material 3 days prior to the show (starting April 20th, 2023).
Receiving Dates:
- Thursday, April 20, 2023 / 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Friday, April 21, 2023. / 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Saturday, April 22, 2023. / 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

The hotel will store your empty boxes free of charge during the show.
After the show, each exhibitor is responsible to have their shipping documents prepared. They will have to schedule their booth pick-up the same day of teardown if possible or early next morning.
Do we have to order electricity for the exhibitor booth?
Yes. Please download and complete the Electrical Ordering Form. Then return the completed form to Carl Chan by email: cchan@scpscience.com.
When date is the Exhibitor move-in, hall hours, and move-out?
Exhibitor move-in:
Monday, April 24th, 2023 / 8:30 am - noon
Exhibitor hall hours:
Monday, April 24th, 2023 / 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, April 25th, 2023 / 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 / 8:30 am - noon
Exhibitor move-out:
Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 / 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Does the hotel have a loading dock?
No. The hotel does not have a loading dock. If you are shipping a crated booth or palett(s), you would need a order a truck with a tailgate. However, we suggested you use UPS to ship your booth material in boxes to make it easier to move your items into the hotel.
Note: Please allow extra time to ship UPS boxes to the show. They always seem to be delayed.
Do we need to order carpet for our booth?
No. The hall is carpeted.
